SINGLES GROUP The Singles Ministry at First Baptist Church is for single adults ages 21 and older. This ministry offers group recreation opportunities, single parent support, divorce care, and other support ministries.
YOUTH GROUP The purpose or CREED
of the youth ministry
at First Baptist Church is to Celebrate the
presence of
almighty God corporately and individually, to Reach
others with the love and grace of Jesus Christ, to Equip youth to
apply their gifts in service to God and others, to Encourage one
another in Christian love and
Demonstrate Jesus’ love by helping
others.
MEN'S GROUP The Men’s Ministry is available to help members and non-members of First Baptist Church with their needs. A few ways of which they can be of service are performing small household tasks, providing transportation, small home projects, etc. The group meets once each quarter to determine project goals and every Friday morning at 7:00 a.m. at the church for a men’s prayer breakfast.
WOMEN'S GROUP The history of
First Baptist Church includes a strong mission and ministry
involvement.
Women’s Missionary Union of First Baptist Church falls
under the auspices of the Southern Baptist Convention. WMU equips
individuals to understand, embrace, and live the mission of God.
KIDS MINISTRIES It is the goal of the Children’s Ministry at First Baptist Church to “help families seek first the Kingdom of God.”
SENIOR'S GROUP The Senior Adult Ministry at First Baptist Church is open to adults 55 and older. A variety of opportunities, including Bible Study, Choir, Homebound Ministries, First Editions, Trips/Conferences, and Weekday Ministries, are available.
